FR Strategies Lands in Alaska

Last week FR Strategies Director Dr. Andrew Holter visited Juneau Alaska and presented to the Alaska Fire Chiefs Association.

It was a great week of learning and networking with a great group of fire service professionals. Andrew presented the reality of generational differences and leading with psychological safety.

The reality is that generational differences aren't what they've been made out to be. The workforce is changing though and it's time the fire service transform and adapt to survive.
