North Carolina Association of EMS Administrators Conference

Dr. Andrew Holter of FR Strategies presented to EMS leaders from all over North Carolina in Wilmington yesterday as part of the NCAEMSA Leadership Symposium.

Dr. Holter's presentation "Leading Your Organization to Cultural Transformation" covered many topics in the short hour from current changes and challenges in the workplace to building a plan to adapt and improve workplaces for workers.

Recruitment and retention was on the minds of everyone in the room and a lot of discussion centered around how organizations can better retain talent through improved working arrangements and organizational culture, not just pay and benefits.
