The long and short of it is, generational differences are not supported by empirical evidence, but recruitment issues persist. They are caused by major shifts in the US workforce which will continue to worsen for the foreseeable future.
Public safety agencies must adapt and think differently if they want to continue to grow and hire top talent into their organizations.
