"What is organizational psychology, I've never heard of that?"

All questions I've heard in the past couple of years embarking on the road of organizational psychology.
My PhD focused on many things, but in concert with grad school it led me to learn and be able to work on many of the items below. For the M.A.I.O.Ps out there they can rely on their undergrad work, we can all do many of the things listed below.
What makes an IO the best change and strategy leader?
Because they understand the two key pieces involved, people and organizations.
We live at that intersection.
